so i haven't really been up to much, i had to reschedule a shoot for monday which i'm really looking forward to. it should be a really cool, conceptual shoot, i can't wait to shoot it!
so the 365 day challenge took a bit of a backseat, seeing as i've been in bed for most of the week. but heres what i have done -
yesterday i bought a wacom bamboo tablet. i've been wanting one for a while and now i've got one, i can't believe i lived without it for this long!!! i know i've got a little getting used to it to do but so far i LOVE it! its so precise.. heres my first attempt using it on an old photo. i'm not 100% happy with it but i love how detailed you can get with retouching eyes!
also, i've started a new blog for my personal ramblings. i'm going to keep this one for my photography so if you're interested in the rest of my life, i'd love for you to follow me on there! - my new blog!
and if any of you guys have tumblrs, let me know so i can follow you!

but they seem to be about the same price everywhere, you can probably get one from amazon?
i paid £40 so pretty good!! i was just worried it might be too small but its plenty big enough!
Like I said, i think you did a great buy, it's something quite handy when it comes to retouching, been using wacom for the past 3 years and I love it! (:

Youve made me want to buy one now. my little sister actually has the bamboo. i know a lot of artists have them but i cant seem to get into them. However i think it would massivly improve my retouching. I dont know! im confused!! lol

colleen, i think its something that is totally down to personal preference! if you've tried it and its not for you, i wouldn't feel like you're obligated to use one!
but if you think it would be good for you, you can just borrow your sisters and see!
